Yeah sport team arguments can border on childish as well..

BUT the one big difference is that the whole object of whatever sport is to play and SEE which one is better. The whole goal is the win a game.

I don't see that with phones. Yes, there is competition but not the same as sports.

Obviously there are strengths and weaknesses to every phone. There are actually some good posts that bring that out. But posts that simply dismiss either phone as "crap" or "worthless" or just totally ignorant.

I agree 100%, but those post pale in comparison to the ones claiming the USER is stupid because they chose a different phone than you or me.......

I guess this turned into a "Why is TP2 better than iPhone", to "iPhone isn't bad but TP2 is better", to "Why compare the two, they're both nice", to "TP2 owners are smarter than iPhone owners", to " iPhone owners aren't dumb, and neither are TP2 owners, with the exception of a certain 14 year old"...

Waiting for the next mini topic of discussion....

All the aps are cool (I actually bought an ipod just to check ou the aps) however not having a subscription service is a huge downfall. One thing about the iphone/ipod is how fast it is. The lag is so minimal if any it's just sick. Everything is soooo smooth. The TP2 isn't even close to as smooth. However at&t sucks and not having a real keyboard is awful as well. I wish I could combine them. AT&T is reason enough alone that the iphone sucks.

That has to do with lack of multitasking. It can only do one thing at a time, and one thing only. If the TP2 did only one process only, of course it would be blazing fast, but you just have to settle for fast (especially considering all the different thing that can run at the same time).
