This is so awesome

Re: Interested in helping Linux/Android development?
I download the Android-Donut-htclinux-15-11-09 package,and run the haret.exe.
It shows 'HaRet : Booting Linux...' and stops here for quite a long time. All I can do now is reboot my treo pro |
Re: Interested in helping Linux/Android development?
acidhax, maybe you can contact phhusson on xda for the test

Re: Interested in helping Linux/Android development?
Something news?

Re: Interested in helping Linux/Android development?
phh is working on getting proper kernel support. Once that happens, there will be something new.

Re: Interested in helping Linux/Android development?
You guys are fast. I was just starting to look into this, to see if the Vogue kernel / haret boots, and you're already a few laps around the track.
I'm so glad the dam is breaking on the Treo Pro. *Finally* Now I'll see if I can boot that kernel from xda on my first-gen 400MHz GSM. |
Re: Interested in helping Linux/Android development?
Ah, the kernel is reportedly broken. Don't even bother. I'm testing out some more images as phh releases them.

Re: Interested in helping Linux/Android development?
Are there any other Linux alternatives to Android? I am not a big fan of the idea of being tied into the Googleverse...
