There was a problem with the M2d conversion because of the 320X320, so you might consider 320X319.

but i have started to understand alot more as far as android development goes. so ill still work on this project for all you with a treo pro. one thing that may work as far as touch screen calibration goes is to delete the calibration file if you have it in your package. im gonna work on finding a different image that may boot on the treo pro into at least a 320x240 resolution because the package right now is booting at 480x640.

Re: Interested in helping Linux/Android development?

@jasonyump: have you tried the one for the Samsung i780? it has the same screen resolution with our treo pro. maybe it might work. I was looking for that build but I'm busy with work this month. so, maybe you could find the right files, i'll be glad to test and try some stuff out. i've tried some of the builds for other phones too but no luck there.

Re: Interested in helping Linux/Android development?

i havent tried the one used with the i780 yet, but i remember that when they first started out with the i780 they were able to boot an image with resolution of 240x320 so i figured thats where id start. ill check around for some i780 images though and try them out.

@Cossman-I dont have the source codes of the files although ill check around and see if i can find them.

also, would any chefs be willing to cook a rom with basically nothing but the core files needed to run windows mobile, e.g. no office, internet explorer, etc. as im not using my treo pro for a phone right now,it wouldnt matter to me i could really use the extra memory on the phone since i have to have all the android files on the phone because im having issues booting off the sd card. i would be able to try out larger android images as well.

thanks

Re: Interested in helping Linux/Android development?

i havent tried booting any other images from the phone memory(aside from the one i uploadede which works) because the other images wont fit due to the lack of memory on the phone.
