Help with WiFi Internet Sharing please!

I've been trying to figure out why I cant get "XDA-Tom_Codon CM Wifi Internet Sharing VGA.cab" working on my phone. I am currently using Matbee_WM23071's rom. I did all the registry changes to enable power vision using CSM8384's real internet sharing fix - http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=92867

If anyone could help me out with this I will be really appreciative. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
