Treo Pro help to upgrade 1.03 to 1.04 version

The flasher doesn't touch the radio firmware at all from 1.03 to 1.04 which is why Alltel users can use it too with no side effects.

did it on mine and it works great. I'll try to host it as well. will take a while to get it done since im on dialup and its an 84meg file.

Yea im also curious on what differences the 1.04 upgrade does. I just picked up my Treo Pro 2 days ago and so far i love it but im new to WM. How do i find out what version my device has on it currently???

Flashed to 1.04, didn't notice anything better or worse. Treo Pro is still smoking good. Love this bugger....***hugs Treo lovingly***.

I dont know if its a fluke or not but that's what I have observed... Im not a phone genius but my eyes dont lie my friend...

Does this mean that we can use this upgrade on a GSM phone as well?
I bought my phone on Ebay UK. It came with version 1.01 and it sucks.
I would like to check this upgrade but I am afraid it might brick the phone.
Can you please advice.

Im no expert, but I have only heard this work for the CDMA phones...Without have a back-up installer of 1.01 you may have a window prop if you try this...
