I'm repsonded to cmonex's PM.

Glad to see some activity, although a long time since my original posting.

I have a feeling an unlocked Treo Pro (CDMA is my preference, but I know GSM has it's fans), coupling with a MightyROM, would solve a lot of outstanding issues with the Treo Pro, just as it did with the Touch Diamond and Touch Pro.

Their has been quite a bit of activity. cmonex is working on a CDMA unlocker right now. Not sure exactly when it will be finished as life and all the PPC projects she is working on are keeping her very busy. CFay has been helping cmonex with the unlocker, and also has a ROM ready for when cmonex finishes the unlocker. :)

Well the unlocker is out as are three different ROMs...cmonex and cfay made it happen...they both have paypal links.

I've already PMed to Cmonex. Sadly, it was too little too late for me. The Treo Pro has some inherent defects, which forced me to move to another device.

I did try it it on a borrowed Treo Pro recently, and found while the unlocker worked fine, the ROMs were not very stable. Definitely not "mighty rom" quality. (Not knocking the people making ROMs, but the bar is pretty high from previous experience.)

I will continue to donate, as I have many times before on other efforts, but on this one, I have to withdraw the offer (which I should have done several months ago. I know this sucks, the challenge was not fully completed in the expected timeframe. )
