OOOOO, pardon self..i misunderstood u. if u have a custom rom, u might wanna flash back to stock or call sprint do a PRL update..that might help

How can I make this work on an Alltel Palm Treo Pro? I downloaded and ran the cab file. Hasn't changed anything on it. Any ideas?

When you force roaming, does roaming charges apply?

Roaming charges are based on the plan you have with your carrier. For higher-end plans at Sprint, roaming is free (in the US) but they watch your roaming usage and have the option to charge you additional fees if your roaming usage is exceptionally high.

I use the force-ROAM hack on my Sprint Treo which enables the capability in phone options. This hack functions with every ROM (6.1, 6.5, and 6.5.x) I've used.

I also use a force-roaming application which provides a simple finger-friendly UI for switching between home-only, roam-only, and auto. It requires the force-ROAM hack to be previously installed, and will only operate on 6.5 or 6.5.x ROMs..

What am I doing wrong ... can't get this app to work on my Palm Pro. Need it badly as I get very weak signal at work and the phone necer switched over to roaming. The cab installed .... but it just shows like its searching for a signal. Any ideas ???

I would try updating the PRL. Then again there may not be any towers near you to roam on.
