I hope we get some good custom ROMs for the Sprint Treo Pro..

Sprint is exchanging my Touch Pro. with a Treo Pro.. I've began using my phone much more for work and the front exposed keyboard on the Treo Pro. would be much more convenient for me.

I just hope that we get some decent custom ROMs for it now that it has been released on Sprint.

yeah, im looking forwards to seeing what our ROM masters come up with for this, im bored with the stock ROM. i wish i had the time to learn to cook em on my own n help out though.

I read it somewhere that Palm ROM is not friendly for those that want to crack. HTC makes their easily. That is the reason why you see so many cook ROMs.

and that would normally be true, but with the Treo Pro, basically the whole thing was designed by HTC, its not supposed to have the handicaps that Palm added to the 800w. the OS feels and handles just like you would expect it to on an HTC phone. So custom ROMs should be possible *crosses fingers*
