please help Palm Treo Pro SPB Prob!

Yeah I play around too much I know.
I thought that mskip's program to supplement the palm treo pro would be great, but when I saw all the icons and everything went haywire, I tried to get rid of his software, and now I have this huge red error message.

I cannot get to file explorer or even open up the windows symbol to get in and remove SPB.

Please help I am sorta lost with this...and not sure what to do.

do a hard reset if there is no more way to do it. thats last resort though

just hard reset it... you'll lose everything in your phone but it should fix your issue. and just food for thought before i do any major installs on mine i always do a full good backup in case things like this happen

Good Back up via what?

And how do you do a hard reset?

hold down red power button and the reset button (located where you stylus goes) release the reset then keep holding the red power button until you see a screen that says reset phone hit up on the d-pad and your good to go. what i mean is get the phone to your liking with all your apps settings ect. then do a backup so you can always go back to the way you like it if something goes wrong. use the cab ive provided for backing up your phone

I am wondering I have used MicrosoftMyPhone etc...and I have other programs etc..that I hope have updated it.

If I do a hard reset, do I just start again from scratch? Like will there be a windows 6.1? Then get a custom rom or whatever??

I am sorry for asking questions etc...

This is not the easiest for me, have used other websites to find information etc...

Any help would be appreciated.

no when you hardreset it will put the phone back to how it was when you first flashed to whatever rom for the first time there will be no contacts/cal events and just the programs that come with the rom you used. but it should solve all your issues
