Have you tried the Palm USB Update?

Thanks dannzeman. I had to read the threads a couple of times 'cause I figured someone would have mentioned it. I guess we just don't see or hear about it as much anymore.

Every time I do a hard reset I always forget to install this one and I can't figure out why I have troubles syncing between multiple pc's with vista and xp. Then I install this and it seems to fix it. Go figure ](*,)

I just did a hard reset last weekend and had the same. That's probably the only reason I remembered it.
