Lost data connection

My phone has lost it's sprint data connection. When I try to get on the web it says "cannot connect with current connection" The EVO symbol at the top has an "X" on it and when I click it I get "There are no data sessions" and it takes me to the network setup.

I have done the "##3282#" and tried to reprovision the phone but it can't get a data connection to reprovision.

I think one of the network setting got changed and I need reestablish the original sprint dial-up network.

Anyone know how to do this?
