Exclamation Is there a tweak to change the "Menu" screen to something else??

Is there anyway to change the "Menu Screen" or softkeys on the today screen to something else, like a soft key removal? I remember I had a soft key removal for the PPC-6800, and I can change the SOFTKEYS to whatever I like.

Reply asap. Thanks

If you just want to remove the text from being visible check this post here. Your hardware keys associated with the onscreen softkeys will still function properly.

I'll work on finding out how to change the softkeys to do something else. Oh, and use the search function please, its there for a reason.

Thanks for the reply. I always use the search function . I'm not worried about the text showing on my screen, I want to change the softkeys like the "Menu" and "Messaging" button to a different app. That is what i'm talking about . On the PocketPC there were programs for that.

Ok. I've used FdcSoft SoftkeyApplet. As you can see in the pic below I added the Bubblebreaker app. It doesn't replace the original Messaging app, it just adds it to a menu. I haven't found a solution that actually replaces it.

O ok thanks that helps some atleast, lol. Hate when I turn the phone on you see: Messaging automatically. There is no way to change the Menu softkey?

I assume you can do it with SoftkeyApplet. I don't use that app on my everyday 800w. I just installed it on my experimental 800w to get a screen shot for you and just tried the left softkey. I'm not sure how that would work with the pop up menu on the right softkey. Give it a shot and let us know how it works.

Yes the left softkey does change the same exact way in the picture with the SoftkeyApplet. But, the right softkey can not change at all.
