Ringtone creator?

I had a program that was free that could make ringtones and put them into .midi format, but I forgot the name of it. I downloaded one program but have to buy it to get the ringtone.

basically looking for a free ringtone creator or trial version that will let me send it to my phone for free.

or you can just connect the phone to the computer via the sync cable.
go to http://www.makeownringtone.com/ and trim the song on that site, and save it to your comp.
then just click and drag to the folder in the phone labled ringtones. and wholla!!!!!! you have a custom ringtone

Re: Ringtone creator?

I use Audacity (free) to clip MP3s for my 700wx... then I stick the cut up MP3s into the appropriate ringtones folder on my SD card, and set them as ringers. Sounds much better than any ol' nasty midi file.

Re: Ringtone creator?

audacity is nice...but you can use mp3 trimmer to trim mp3's right on your device where I have 4gigs of music...without the use of PC.

Re: Ringtone creator?

So when I want to trim my MP3's where should I go about. I'm on dialup right now, so I'd prefer not to upload the WHOLE song onto a site and redownload the trimmed version.
