Mine crackles for just a few seconds if I turn wifi on when I am talking on the phone then goes away. Other than that my 800w speakers sound great. I haven't really been using wifi that much maybe it gets worse the more you use wifi.

Mine will crack every 5 minutes if i leave it on speaker phone it seems. it will randomly crack here and there when i use it as a mp3 player on speaker phone.

Speaker is crappy. I actually returned my first 800w because the speaker was super crappy. The one I have now sounds better but its still no where near the quality of my 700wx.

I get the exact same thing. When I went to the Sprint store it worked fine. It also isn't loud enough when I use the headphones. The guy at Sprint said blow on the speaker. Real high tech fix.
