Kinda off topic, but where did u get that cool weather/calendar today screen app?

@drummel there a .cab for the for the 6700 in the apache forum. ;)

@mstreo yep connect via activsync and drag and drop the .cab onto the phone and then u can install from there. ;)

SMS Left Soft Key installed as part of the Palm Tread app. Is there a way to uninstall it?

undo the reg edit posted in the first post and change to calendar.exe and rename from sms to calendar.

I tried that. When I reset the device it changes back to SMS.

figures...u will have to uninstall and reinstall the version without it then...which isn't posted but I can send to u alittle later. ;)

I tried installing the left softkey.cab then uninstalling it to see if that works. It did not. Can you post what I need to remove from the registy to get it back to calendar?

I use that calendar button 20 times a day.

if u tried the reg edit I told u earlier and its not working it because its written in the app so I will have to remove and send u the file then it should fix ur problem....like I said I'm busy right now. its gonna be alittle later.

Try this app instead. Should be easy enough.

Just copy the .cpl file in the zip file to the \windows folder and then you go to Start->Settings->System and there will be an item called Soft Key where you can configure it.
