ok i have my resco now were do i go about regestering it? do i do it on the 700wx ?

You need to purchase it online and they will give you a registration code. Then go to Resco on the device, and go to the About menu and then registration. Add your code, and you are done.

i did get my code but im still confused on were to register it at on my device, sorry for my noobness this is my first app beign insalled in my palm.

Start the program, go Menu->Option->Registration. Since this is your first apps, the Menu is the right softkey for this program and goes from there.
