For creating shortcuts, I use Resco Explorer which has that function. Just use "copy shortcut to start menu". |

You have already installed the program. That means you are almost there. Just follow these few steps and you will be done: Download this file, on your regular computer: http://64.78.9.130/downloads/rescoexploreren_p.exe Now install it to your device. Now go to your device and open this program, Resco File Explorer. In this program, go to Menu-File-Options-the BROWSER tab- Now check the circle that says SHOW ALL FILES. Make sure that EVERY OTHER OPTION on this page is NOT checked. Once you've dne this tap OK. You should now be in the Resco "file explorer" program. Go to My Device/Program Files/Palm Messaging/ Highlight ALL of these files by tapping Menu-Edit-Select All. Then tap-and-hold on them and choose COPY Now browse back up to the My Device/Windows folder and paste those files here. Soft reset and you are done! It should work flawlessly, just don't attempt to send any pictures yet, that's coming soon. Godspeed |

You had all of the warnings when it was overwriting all of those files too? Forgot to mention that, make sure you click OK for all of them.
Congrats. Now search for "slingbox" and pretty soon the words "palm operating system" will be far, far away. |

ok, just found your Sprint settings in menu/options/advanced
(I am on Cingular) I changed my "Message Service Number" to +17045020600 "Email Center Number" I left this at 6245 (could not find appropiate Cingular setting) "MMS Gateway" to wireless.cingular.com "MMS URL" to http://mmsc.cingular.com "Network Profile" to My ISP Now I can add a picture to an SMS and it sends successfully. Looks like Cingular MMS is working. |

yes, after changing the setting it was received on the other end.
before changing the settings I would get an error message and the thread would have a big red X next to the message. see attached image. last file (10:44) was after settings changed...no red X |
