yes. even if that menu never said SMS, it would still show Vociemail.

When I don't have voicemail, I get SMS & Messaging. So I can choose either. When I do have voicemail, I only get Voicemail & Messaging, no SMS option. Then, the only way I can get to SMS is by going to Start.

haha, this program is still great!

Makyar 11-23-2006 01:03 AM

When I try to remove Inbox or Messaging from the Start menu, I get: "Unable to move that item". Also, there are two of each in the menu settings.

2 add'l features for Palm Messaging App beta 5?

Does anyone think it would be possible to include/integrate two features into future releases of the Palm Messaging App? The features, which are found in the original "Text Messaging" app preloaded in the 700wx, to be included are:

* Spell Check

* Selection of SMS recipient(s) by clicking on the word "To" in the "To:" field of a new message. (Currently in the Palm Messaging App beta 4, recipients may be selected by manually typing numbers or names in the "To:" field with the keyboard, or going to "Menu" > "Add Recipient..." Could the above suggested feature be included as a third feature while keeping the two existing recipient selection features presently found in the latest Palm Messaging App beta 4?)

The Palm Messaging App is already GREAT. If integrating these two features is too difficult or not possible, then please disregard this post. If the developer, however, is looking for suggestions for improvement/upgrade, does anyone know whom to contact or could s/he ask the developer directly?

(My apologies if this post is a bit wordy but trying to be specific to avoid confusion and misinterpretation.)

this program is made by palm so I don't think anyone will be willing to add these features, we are simply just trying to piece it together from several pieces :D kind of like a puzzle. I helped in the beginning but hannip has taken of and has been in control of what's going on for awhile. U can pm I'm here or at tc. But I don't see this happening imho.
