I may have found a fix for that just hang on and let me test it. :)

AIM prob
 

is anyone having the AIM problem without the .cab installed? this is driving me crazy. i can receive IMs fine but then whenever I send a reply it's random characters.


Edit: there is a general prob. with the 700wx/Sprint and AIM...

yea I found the problem it was in the 2nd .cab I posted there was an issue that can only be fixed with a hard reset and then installing this .cab attached below. sorry bout that guys it was a mistake on my behalf. :oops:

yes but unfortunately u have to do a hard reset. please accept my apologies.

It doesnt matter, but before I do that. Does I need to reinstall all of the software again right?
And I can just syncronize everything then, after the hard reset, I can syncronyze everyhting back?

yes u can sync it all back on u just have to make sure to name the device the same if syncing with the desktop. check device name by going to start/settings/system/about/device id

gonna try not to be a quotaholic, but i did't realize that to send the message using the app, you just click on the time stamp and you can then use the resend option. kinda wierd though cause after you do this, the app closed itself...wierd

hey Wideawake, does the 2ndtry cab only fix the outlook account issue? i wasn't clear on exactly what it does.

yes it just fixs that issue but if u don't use pop then ur fine.
