Iphone for Treo

So I have had this phone for awhile now and I am getting very bored with it. I tried to look at this thread http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...=11507&page=98 and download this guys Iphone theme because it would be pretty cool to have that on there.

problem is I dont even no where to begin.. I downloaded the newest version and i cant even open it up on my computer? so i cant get to the readme file. or do i need to sync it to my phone and do it all from there?

has anyone else done this with their phones? was it worth it and do you like it?
