Ok... I have read pretty much every post.

I tried to download all the programs (including the manual and auto program) and nothing works.

I have winrar so i unizip it to my desktop and then open the folder and they are all pretty much notepad or word documents. The same goes for the prgram regedit.

They are all notepads with a bunch of gibberish writing....

What do i do??

Do I need a certain application to open these files...do they need to be extracted to palm folder...

i have a sprint treo 700wx..

Nice hack. The cab install worked like a charm. I sent a test MMS message, but it hasn't received yet, so I'm assuming Sprint messaging is slow.

Anyways, I would like to offer a few suggestions:
1. In the To: field, have it automatically look up addresses according to the text you input, similar to sending an email or text message.
2. D-Pad functionality

Christian, it sounds like Winrar isn't extracting it properly. Maybe download a trial of Winzip. After installing Winzip, just download the .zip file, extract it, then copy the .cab file over to your PPC. You can either do this via Activesync, send an email with the attachment, or just copy the file to an SD card from a PC, then place the SD card on your Treo.

I do see one slight problem...it appears that it uses the default sounds. It does not use any of the sounds found in the \Windows\Rings folder. It also appears to only use wave files, becuase I don't see any midi or MP3 audio selections for Sounds/Notifications.

Wow this forum really makes it hard to post images....can't allow bmp or jpg extensions...

if they are .cabs u can just put them on the sd card and click them. u are not supposed to extract it. by the way we have the same name, and hate it when people don't read it right and calls u cristina, fing sprint bastards.

they say to replace a particular cab file.... they are not even cab files the extension is different everytime and when i double click on the file it opens gibberish....

man, have tried downloading programs from ur wx? its hell lot easier unzipping the .cabs.

Ok this is what's happening... you are extracing the CAB file itself, don't.

Download the automatic file which should be a ZIP file, extracting it will give you a PPCGeeksSprintMMS.CAB file. Copy this one file to your device, find it with file explorer, and execute it.

Once again do not extract the actual CAB file as this will give you a ton of useless files.
