700wx Default Email

I can't seem to find the right solution to this problem. When I start typing a contact in the today screen, and press the center button I'm given the option to text or email if that contact has the correct information to do so.

The default email account is my Outlook email, which syncs at my desktop not wirelessly yet. The box for "From" is greyed out so I can't change it there either.

Is there a way to change the default to a POP3 I have setup on my device?
