Treo Alert Pro 5.6 700 Series Complete

First of all many thanks should go to Cody ppc=The Code man and Hannip.
Here we go again hehehe..sorry for the last build...this one should do much better f,sure.As you can see in the above post Ive had a bad day but good has come out of it f,sure.I cleaned up the script of the unneeded and we have a better build for it.

What is TREO ALERTS hmmm it,s a vacation I'm going to take from mortscript for a couple weeks lol but it can give you more Alerts for miss call/sms/vmail/e-mail .Some alert features below
1)led alerts
2)two min reminder alerts
3) voice alerts for all your pendings
4)12 different display views keeping you informed of alert status..Battery/Signal/Memory/today's date and on and on
5)voice missed call count in reminder
6)voice text message reminders
Hehe all of the reminders are voice alerts but there is a pretty chime also
7)The new voice call ID reminder that tells you the last missed callers phone number every 2 min till you dismiss the pending

HOW TO INSTALL
Drop Cab file in you My Documents folder and give it a screen tap.
After it installs give your Shinny Treo a softreset.Watch your carrier plugin on your today screen.It will soon say TREO ALERT PRO 5.6 and you will hear a greeting...You have just had a successful install

Tap the icon located in your programs menu
you will then see the alert settings screen pop up,

ALERT SETTING CHOICES

=DISPLAY SETTING CHOICE MENU= <----12 different today screen layout for the plugin
[4]=ALL REMINDER & VIBE & LED <--Reminder with vib and led
[3]=REMINDER & VIBE & LED <---You must have your ringer on mute to get vibe feature.
[2]=REMINDER & VIBE <-----Same as above with no led alert
[1]=LED ALERT <-----Led alert only
*CALLER ID REMINDER <---This is a reminder setting that will say the last incoming callers phone number when missed evry 2 min until you dismiss the pending.This setting works on [4] , [3] and [2]

Make you alert setting or display setting and enjoy.

TROUBLE SHOOT=PLEASE READ!!!!!! PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If a pop up message appears after softrest,
Go to the TREO ALERTS folder located in Program Files.
You will need to tap the,

1)Mortscript.exe file
2)ALERT CONTROL.mscr file
Go back to today screen and watch carrier plugin.You will see
TREO ALERT PRO 5.6 and then hear greeting.

I UPDATED THE TA 5.6 VERSION. IT NOW HAS TA CLEAN UP INCUDED.INSTALL CAB AS YOU HAVE BEFORE. THANK CODY && HANNIP FOR ADDING THAT FEATURE.
I ADDED A TWEAK TO THE SMS WOES THAT TA BUILDS HAVE HAD IN THE PAST.THE USERS WILL BE VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME OF THE TWEAK.
THE 5.6 700 SERIES CAB POSTED BEFORE THIS UPDATE GOT 8 DOWNLOADS HERE A PPC GEEKS .IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE 8 I STRONGLY RECOMEND YOU TO DOWNLOAD THE UPDATED CAB WITH ALL THE GOODIES.

Oh yeah...If you have a past TA build installed...do a full uninstall..
if you notice a duplicate Status symbol in carrier plugin [D] [D] After you install the 5.6 version no worries .This happens because your reg is holding the values from the past build..Just go into the 5.6 alert setting menu and choose the CALLER ID REMINDER choice at bottom.you will hear the greeting and the carrier plugin will Aline
THE 5.6 build Cleans up all the mess....THE BEST BUILD YET OFFERING THE USER MORE

Can I use this on my Treo 750v? Or should I wait for a different build?

750 owners.I just brought the 6.2 beta 10 over that can be found a couple post down.The only LED blink color we have been able to tap on the 750 is green.Good news though.Z has found some orange blink in that device so multi color led notifaction will be coming your way soon.Give beta 10 below and enjoy some voice alerts and green led blink.You will be seeing red and orange led blink sooner then you think

Great work! Tried to reply yesterday but I recieved an error when I wanted to submit the post

I've noticed that sometimes the line flickers. I guess it's due to the refresh? Sometimes it shows the carrier, would be nice if it would just show the selected Display Item. Keep up the great work people!

Would just like to see the battery power without the option number [1] at the beginning of the line. But I must say for know that it's the most reliable notifier around here!

tap TA icon to take you to the alert settings menu.there will be a display choice tab..choose that and the display choice menu pops up.srolll all the way down through the display choices.you will see a set that has no [S] at the beginiing of them...choose the one you want that does not have the staus in front.
