Calls dropping when someone leaves a voicemail

Hey guys, I work @ a Sprint Store and I am having a customer who is having a problem with his Treo 700wx.

Basically when he is in a call, another call comes in, and that person leaves a voicemail, the call drops. I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and found a fix for it. He has had two phones and both of them have had the same issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
