WM6 Flashed with problems, Help!

Hello, I just recently flashed to the WM6 with my Treo 700WX. It turned out great, but my phone is not charging. It will say it is charging but the percent does not go up. Eventually it went to 0% and can only turn on when the power cable is plugged in. Does anyone know why this is happening? I downgraded to WM5 with the same steps except without the WM6 file and I am still having the same problem. If anyone know anything, or can be of any help to me, it is greatly appreciated..
