HELP!!!! 700wx stuck in loop

unit keeps comming up saying that it can not find memmaid and locks up. I cant figure out how to make it not load the program and I cant get the the clear memory screen fast enough before it locks up. it just locks up no actions work cant dial or anything software hosed. need to get it back aSAP.
