problem with sending pics via email to certain carriers

ok i am well aware that there is no mms on the sprint treo 700wx and pics are sent via email....ok i can send pics to t mobile , sprint, nextel no problem but CANT SEND TO CINGULAR OR VERIZON...all they get is the text with file name no pic

any1 having problem like this

called sprint they had no idea and sent me to plam support and said its verion and cingular (and sprint for not havin mms)
please help
