shortly after this post i called sprint back and asked for tech support.
asked them if they could turn the old phone back on, he told me i would have to take it to a sprint store then said hold on let me try. well it worked but now i have a new wx coming and i spent $50 what to do... |

you have to return the old one or they will bill you for it...as stated on the hold info when you contact asurion your 50 is non refundable. only in certain instances will sprint credit you that 50 bones to your account. this wouldnt be one of them.

thats what i was thinking, that if i call them they will probably want the phone and keep my $50. making me ditch my perfectly fine phone and reprogram the new one which will take a while.
i could sell it easily, but which one the old one or the new one? will it bite me in the ass later.......who knows. i might just return to sender....maybe after i get $50 credit |

either or, they both can be activated right? you already paid the $50 and might be able to recieve it back. if you dont want the phone, ill give you your $50 for it?!

you have to give one back...otherwise thats insurance fraud...if the phone hasnt been received within 10 days they will charge your account full retail value of the phoine...dont say i didnt warn ya when you see that 650.00 on your bill next month cause you thought you could get over on sprint.

im not trying to get one over on anybody, but i dont think i should send
back the new one and still get charged $50 and have 1 of the 2 times i can get a phone taken away within a year |
