LED problem

I have a wx with the threaded installed, however, just recently (2 days ago) i noticed that when I took my battery out and put it back in, the phone kept vibrating (on silent mode) and the LED blinks for about 2 hours when there are NO voicemails, texts, emails, reminders, etc... Could it be anything to do with the threaded?
