Re: Sprint Palm Pre
I assume you don't currently have a family share plan now, so if you have an older plan you don't want to lose, your better off 'upgrading' your diamond or creating a 2nd account.

Re: Sprint Palm Pre
Thanks both of you. Funny thing is right after i hit submit, my damn boss comes sauntering in and sets this little black device on my desk and walks away. The bastard got a Pre. I thought my Diamond had a beautiful screen, it's a sexy little phone, but whos idea was that teenie tiny keyboard? I dont even have big fingers, but i still felt cramped, and i wasnt really feeling the 'tackiness' of the keyboard. I think i like the screen on the Pre better than the iPhone/iPod Touch. Also the task manager is kinda cool. I like idea of it, but i think you can only run five simultaneous apps. Not sure if that includes ones that run in the background as well, but if thats the case i dont think that's cool, but yeah not that bad of a phone. Now as for it being a 'smart'phone thats another story.

Re: Sprint Palm Pre
Yeah, I can't give up my phone as a modem option. That's one of the things that keeps me loving my Sprint service. We went on vacation to Branson a couple of weeks ago, and they didn't have wifi in the lodge we were staying at, and all my AT&T fam members were all bummed with no connection to the world outside of their mobile phones. I popped out my Touch and was watching vids on youtube and they were so jealous. haha I was very surprised I had EVDO service in the middle of no where too. Thank you Sprint. I don't know why so many people just automatically assume Sprint service sux, those same people are the ones who keep dropping our calls together. Too many believing the AT&T hype about less dropped calls..... says who?

Re: Sprint Palm Pre
I'm feeling the same way right now. I think it will come down to the size of the phones. I can't move to a phone bigger than my Diamond so I may go with the Pre.

Re: Sprint Palm Pre
The Pre feels amazing in my hands, but then im 6' 1" with an average build. the keyboard is kind of small, but not that hard to type on. I personally prefer a soft keyboard, but i think i could make due with the pre if i had too.
