Is there an easier way to flash Palm Pre to Cricket

I've been looking every where for a flash for the Palm Pre. And have not

seemed to find anything. adactuslatem has a great thread going but it seems

to complicated

. Is there anyone willing to sum this up and make an easier
guide.
