Yes it does qualify ....it appears they may have changed the wording in their plan titles & descriptions overnight. They added "with Any Mobile, Anytime" on the titles of the plans.

You know if you are unhappy with your SERO plan you can always change your plan to something that is available to the general population.

This is cool but it only bring them up to speed with the other companies that were already doing something like this.
