From what I have heard, the device must have the Window's Flag as a hardware button, which the 6850 lacks... It runs the same processor and memory as the Pro2, so the hardware can support 6.5...

ota update for wm 6.5? is that even possible considering ota updates PRL and roaming capabilities...
I thought regardless of software running as long as you are apart of the network you can do an ota...

Yeah... The current HTC Diamond and HTC Touch Pro do not have the Microsoft flag hardware key... The new Diamond 2 and Touch Pro2 have them
