Windows Mobile powered netbook

Apparently several netbook manufacturers are lining up to use the platform, so we should see products some time this year.
I imagine a product like this, in a very thin form factor and with GSM only connecting on demand, would have great battery life, and with an on-device application store concerns around software compatibility may be greatly alleviated.

LOL, this kinda one ups the Redfly somewhat & the HTC Athena.

Unless this comes with alot of radios or optional selections (CDMA/GSM/WCDMA) :/
*Yeah that'll never happen. I can dream though...

Wifi/Internet sharing will have to do.

After reading a little more about netbooks, these things actually sound kinda cool.

I mean, it's not for "working" on the road...But it is a good email checker and small task machine. I saw one today on CompUSA for 299.99. I actually might pick one up.

i like the concept... but i'd really rather see it running something other than WinMo on it... jmho
