Verizon Promises Gps Unlock!!

what's funny is verizon says they don't want to onlock features that don't meet their requirements, etc, as the reason they don't want to unlock it, yet it works enough for them and their application. (navigator)

I bought the HTC Ozone yesterday for my wife.. She loves the phone and it seems to have a lot of features but when I installed Google Maps to use the GPS it seemed to only be using the towers not the location of the phone. If anyone has seen something different, maybe I am doing something wrong.

Other note: I will be testing the tethering soon and will keep you posted on what I find.
