Apology accepted. I try not to offend but sometimes I don't convey my thoughts very well through text.

Trend Micro makes a good one as well. And you get it when you buy the Internet Sec. Suite

the best ive found is avast for pda, it also gives you 60 days free trial. it is only an on demand scanner but you don't need anything more. works great on my htc touch with wm 6.1. :headbang:

true but i find no harm in having an on demand scanner just in case.

Naw.. I think the best protection is contacts/calendar/tasks sync, and keeping your storage card backed'up. Heck, with all of the testing I do, I could get a virus and it would only be on my device for a matter of minutes. That is just if it took me that long to realize that something was wrong. Seriously, why can't they make an anti-bug on-demand scanner? Seems that would be much more helpful... You are 100x more likely going to have problems due to a bug, than you having a virus problem.

However, do these anti-virus programs scan and detect only Windows Mobile written viruses, or anything? If they don't do it all, it is pointless. A computer virus, IMO, is much more harmful than a WM virus.
