I'd pay ETF if something worthwhile enough came out but so far there is the iPhone and the G1, neither of which are enough to convince me to pay twice what I pay now for service. My Mogul is a bit dated but is still provides me with cheap data tethering, streaming radio, web/email access, gps, maps, etc. so I can deal with the less than stellar appearance while I wait for something more modern to come out on Sprint.

Re: HTC Touch HD to Become T-Mobile G2?

First of all T mobile will not buy Sprint their networks are way too different and sprint already has issues with the merging of the nextel network and cdma plus as toinejuan stated T Mobile hasnt even finish upgrading their network to 3G(feel bad for those who use T Mobile). so for those of you running your mouth that T mobile will buy sprint please keep your mouth SHUT... Second how acurate is this website i mean just look at the picture of the phone they have, it doesnt look like the Touch HD unless i see official news from HTC or The carrier that brings the phone to the US I wouldnt go wasting my time and start guessing and writing nonsense on forums.. thank you very much....

Re: HTC Touch HD to Become T-Mobile G2?

I'm just disappointed that Sprint hasn't released a true iPhone competitor, the Diamond and the Pro are NOT! I have a lot of friends that have switch to AT&T to get an iPhone, one friend of mine even paid the $250 early contract termination fee to switch to AT&T and then purchased an iPhone. I own a MacBook Pro and a Mac Pro, however I consider Windows Mobile to be a superioer OS for mobile devices (for now, patiently awaiting Android) because it's so customizable and therfore I refuse to get an iPhone... and oh, T-Mobile is not buying Sprint, I don't know where that info came from. Post us a link.

It probably started with someone who had gotten facts a little mixed up. T-Mobile was involved in a buy-out. They bought SunCom not Sprint.

Re: HTC Touch HD to Become T-Mobile G2?

There was this article a couple months back about T-Mobile looking to buy Sprint but haven't really heard of anything since.
