I just read that it's not coming to sprint because this is just a test phone for skartel(a russian carrier) for their wimax network. They needed a high resolution smartphone to test their streaming video service.Ahhhhh!

Man I just returned my Touch Pro in anticipation for something like this. I say give it till next may or june and we'll see the CDMA likes of it. Sprint only has to overcome one more obstacle in it's full blown release of wimax and that's the shareholders' vote happening on Nov. 20. We shall see more wimax phones after that because sprint is looking to cut costs with the technology by avoiding backdoor reroutes of calls by just using voip-like technology with wimax. Fingers crossed!

Looks a bit thicker than the TouchHD and the diamond like shape with the tapered sides I dont really care for. I'm sure the skin will be diff once it gets here like they always do.
I just don't see the big rush for a 4g phone. Even at the start of 2010 there isn't supposed to be that many major cities with 4g
