i agree... both are cdma tho... gsm has a lower frequency something like in the 800s right? cdma is from 1700-1900... does that have an effect on how fast their internet is?

honestly idk if that has an effect...although at&t is gsm i think and their internet is the slowest thing might as well put a stamp on an envelope and mail your letter rather then email from an iphone...but i believe cdma also has a 900 frequency as well which if you have a tri band phone will let you get better signal inside a building

Why did you even post this...all ur gonna get is Sprint users hatin on Verizon...and Verizon Users Hatin on Sprint...

just look up LTE for verizon thats is what there 4g network is gonna be, there may be a colabo with at&t on this, but dont quote me... the wimax is supposed to come out earlyer but there have some troubles with it now in testing so well see who prevales... sprint is not the only one launching wimax though.. speed test have shown that the hsdpa of at&t is a smiget faster the evdo revA but there right on par, oh yea one more thing the iphone will finally be considered a semi rival now that it will have 3g and gps, just my 2 cents

I find all of this hilarious.. 3g, 4g, wimax... just awesome.

I belive sprint has already started installing what they call 4g
