Raphael Sucks and why

The Raphael sucks because HTC will not ever build a phone that us true power users want, we demand that HTC build a phone for us, I think it should have:

8 core cpu @ 3.0GHZ
180GB of System Ram
1 Terabyte of onboard Storage (a sanyo m1 had 1gb of storage last year from sprint)
TransFlash Memory
Full usb port to plug in a thump drive into, dvd,blueray, etc
Top Dog Nvidia 9xxxx series Video Card with 3Gb of Ram
Choice of Colors and or face plates to protect the phone
HDTV with full HDTV Cable support
Looking like an I-phone and maybe some diamonds for the girls (special edition Fem-Fone)
1440x900 screen with 1 trillion colors
100 megapixel camera with optical telephoto zoom high end optics
wi-max support
optical keyboard to display on any surface (thus no need to have a slider phone)
Stereo Bluetooth that auto syncs with your a2pd on start up
Opera 9.x Web Browser
Safari Mobile Browser
IE 8 full browser
VOIP support
Full skinning like how Winblinds 6.1 does for pc's.
Full MS-Voice Command
Full gaming support for any pc game on market
Support for Divx, Flash, Silverlight, etc

its supposed to be a mobile device not a computer. just because its not what you want doesn't mean it sucks I know many users here are looking forward to this upgrade

yeah, not to mention it has to be compatible with rev D and windows 9.1

The HTC Diamond would be perfect to have some real diampnds placed on it we could call it the HTC Diamond Fem-Fone

thats a laptop not a mobile device. The Rapheal and Diamond are one of the best devices HTC has ever made the processor and memory have serious upgrades and finaly a vga screen. Buy UMPC if you want to get close to those specs still not there but closer

yes it may be the best ever from them, but thats not enough, its like saying a student who gets f's all the time gets a "d" and while thats better it is still not good enough

Do you really thing that HTC just builds phone willy nilly? Do you think they do market reseach and compile the findings and design a phone based on those finding, also they would not listen to one geek. To get a phone with the features listed in this thread you would need thousands of geeks and probably an external battery in a back pack to run the thing. Remember, HTC is in business to make money, I know profits are a dirty word in todays world . The best way to keep people buying your product it to release your product with a few feature upgrades, and then another phone with a few new and different features, not blow your load on one phone.

This is very true but if they did make this phone... I would so blow my whole load on it. He should just but a Tablet pc wih that much power and plug his phone in as a modem. then it almost has all those specs. (or at least my tavlet pc does)
Other than that... the successor to the rapheal should be....

*wvga 800x680 screen 4.5" (corner to corner and ficed in the middle plus it would be flush with top surface)
*720 mhz processor (dual core uses too much power)
*at least 256 mb ram 512 would be nice(but again power issues)
*Vga out all you really need (no need for hdtv on such a small devic)
*Full bluetooth,wifi, cellular modem connections....
* full qwerty slide out keyboard
* 5.5 megapixel zoomable camera with auto focusfront camer for video conferencing
*improve all video driversw and hardware
* windows6.1 or higher no xp or vista too much footprint
* better connectivity vetween the device and windows desktop. i mean come on activesync eats a full load.
* and new batteries. new batteries are supposedly coming out of japan that are 2-10 times better than current batteries.

by the time this thing would come out these specs would probably be obselete though. this is just how technology works. if it can catch up to your spending habbits just by some wee-get high'_- and play with the technology you alreay have.
