Re: Sprint users want picture mail?
I had been paying $5 a month for picture mail. This was fine when I could send the mail. After they broke it, i'm not paying $5 just to get mail. I called and cancelled and *****ed them out saying they were losing revenue and I wouldn't be the only one.
It hasn't fixed anything yet, but maybe if they get enough people dropping that part of their plan they'll start paying attention. |
Re: Sprint users want picture mail?
Hell I'll write them a letter...
My friend with his AT&T Tilt was making fun of IPhones because they can't do MMS, and then I had to say mine didn't either. :( |
Re: Sprint users want picture mail?
I think will call as well. Can't hurt at this point...Isnt it embarrassing? I used to recommend Sprint, now I really cant!

Re: Sprint users want picture mail?
I dunno...again I think when the Mogul was designed, it was to be a business oriented phone. It was even preached to me like that when I was learning about it. It was never to be a phone geared towards consumers. Which is why there is no Sprint TV or Navigation. Then again, who heard of a camera phone with no picture mail...

The phone certainly has the capability. Besides, it's a damn $500 phone. For that much, it outta do every business and personal task any other phone can do. Besides, sprint incures a near zero marginal cost for letting the Mogul send MMS, and they can generate money from it's users because we have to pay extra to use MMS anyway. Stupid. |

*edit* Well I reached somebody at the corporate office. It turns out that he has a PDA phone too and he himself has been wondering why they don't allow MMS. He said he will contact the MMS product manager and get back to me. |
Re: Sprint Denies PPC customers from sending picmail
After twenty minutes of waiting and fifteen minutes of talking in circles, I basically got a "well, sorry...it doesn't work and it's not going to work."
Love my phone, but so sad I ever switched to Sprint ](*,) |
