Question PRL change?

hey all, i have an Alltel moto q9c and need to update my PRL. im out of my local area and there isn't an alltel store within 5 hours of where i live. my phone isn't receiving phone calls, it just goes straight to my voicemail. any help would be greatly appreciated

The latest Alltel PRL is 30043 for EvDO and 40052 for smart phones/aircards. Either will work just fine. I use the smart phone PRL 40052 on my Touch Pro.
