Q9m Connecting to your laptops internet connection.

I want to surf the internet on my cell phone using the internet from my PC. Can this be done with a bluetooth connection.

Is there a way to have your phone connect to your PC's bluetooth connection and use the internet connection that the PC is connected to?


I know about internet connection sharing and can't seem to figure this out.

SO CONFUSION DOES NOT SET IN: I am not asking how to dialing out with my phone and use my cell phone internet and surf on my laptop.
