Droid with hotmail accounts

Has any one used the droid to sync with their hotmail accounts or is this even possible? How about windows live messenger, are there any options for that?

Even though the droid is fugly as crap i am still tossing up the idea to get one but i have had my hotmail account for ever and i am not willing to move to a gmail account.

Re: Droid with hotmail accounts

Yeah I have my @live.com (hotmail account) synced to the DROID. It is actually very simple to do, you only have to enter your email address and password and it does the rest.

On the messenger, I am using IM+ Lite... works well.

It looks like to get this thing to sync with my exchange i will need a 3rd party app like touchdown or moxia which puts my contacts in its own area and not witht he standard contacts. has anyone used these apps and how big of a PIA are they?

Are there any services like Microsoft Myphone for this to back up my items to the Net automatically?

I am sure i will be back with some more questions but these are my biggest concerns right now

Re: Droid with hotmail accounts

I have it synced with our 2007 exchange that pushes security policies and the Android 2.0 does not enforce Exchange policies at this point.
