Language help please

I dialed *228 a couple minutes ago to update my phone and then the phone reset. When I powered it back on it was in Spanish (I think) now I cant understand the menus to get it back to US. If someone could give me a step by step to change back that would be super, BTW i can find the settings tab but im lost from there, LOL
