US Cellular 1x/3G Data Conundrum

Hello all,

I've been spearheading the effort to get US Cellular data on the Driod on Howard Forums but have recently hit a stand still. I already have the phone active with text and talk, and have flashed whiterabbits NV items for uscc (10digitphonenumber@uscc.net) Yet, for the life of me, I can not get data to authenticate. It should be similar to this:

Writing the values in QPST or CDMA WS doesn't make a difference. I would be grateful for your assistance.
