Do you REGRET??? DROID over TP2

Do you regret switching from the Touch Pro2 to the Motorola DROID?

i skipped right over getting a TP2 and went to the droid.

I skipped it too. The ONLY thing I miss from WM is Skyfire, but that wont be an issue for long since every mobile OS (except iPhone) will have flash soon anyway

I had the TP2 for a month and as much as I wanted to like it, I couldn't. It was ok, but that's it. Too slow even with a good custom rom. It was better than my Omnia 1 by far, but it's not even in the same league as the Droid (IMHO). There's no comparison.

I have a Droid and my wife has a TP2 and now wants a Droid, so anyone with regrets I will trade... interested? PM me. Personally, the TP2 is for professionals that can customize their device to do the tango, the Droid just does things easier. LMK

well i kinda regret it and i don't at the same time. it does a lot, but it is lacking some basic functionality. it doesn't show animated gif files at all, and there is no built in file browser, so when you're on a website and you want to upload a file, it says uploads disabled. If you find that you can live without those 2 things for a WHILE then yeah android is fine.

Sounds like you need Astro File Manager

i was waiting for the TP2 to get unlocked and then the day it got unlocked i read about the droid, i held off to play with the droid...man am i happy about that decision!

Droid is one ugly phone. Also I will not want go for a droid because it from Motorola brand and also it has Google built in. Sorry but Google is a web browser not a mobile. I rather stick to Windows phone and HTC has these 2 are so advance in mobile technology. I will be surprise peopke swithc to Droid will be bored of it soon!

TP2 beats it anytime.
