That clock is the World Clock widget from the Motoroi. You can get it here: http://sites.google.com/site/motodro...attredirects=0

clock is beautiful widgets an very old version of it at the time... it has since updated to no longer look like "sense" but there are still a few skins to make it look like that with the updated versions as for the home it was home++
