The clock and date are actually just the default clock and date widgets that come with Home++. The black bar is just the standard widget called "Power Control" which comes with Android. Or, if you're referring to the smaller blue widget it's called "Advanced Task Manager" and it ends all programs when I click on it. If you haven't tried Home++ then I would highly recommend you do!
