I followed the directions here http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-...-mobile-phone/. Doesn't require root, but it does require a pc.

Re: How to Post your Droid X screen shots :)
i have a hard time downloading the skins for beautiful widgets. When i click on download skins it takes for ever to load them en even when they load just some of the images load with the skins. Literally waited like 15min and got to see maybe 6 skins. Anyone else?

I couldn't decide which clock I liked best, so for now I can scroll through these three home screens :-)

ADW.Launcher (and Launcher Pro?) will allow you to change grid arrangements. I set mine to be 5x5 rather than 4x4. If you don't want to do that (can have some weird effects on some widgets), you can use 'More Icons' or 'Launch X'. MoreIcons puts 4 icons into a 1x1 slot (or 8 in to 2x1, etc). Launch X will always take a 4x1 row, but allows you to put up to 14 icons in that row, or do some really cool multiple 'page' layouts. |

Thanks again Zaphod, and givin 1 to. i had some free time at work and ended up with this.
EDIT; not sure why the black line is there on the 4 and the 22, it must have been from the transfer from my phone to photobucket. but it doesnt show up on the X like this. http://i1044.photobucket.com/albums/...1007291621.jpg |

Here's my home screen. Got my widgets and shortcuts on other screens. I like to be able to actually see the wallpapers I select rather than having them all covered up lol.
Starcraft 2 Marine + Droid + Windows/Apple hate logos + a cigar to top it off lol :headbang: |
Re: How to Post your Droid X screen shots :)
Mine so far....
I couldn't stand the white status bar, so much happier with the black. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e3...805_072053.png http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e3...805_072058.png |

Re: How to Post your Droid X screen shots :)
would be awesome if there were an apk or a one click method for that. I don't even want to try it for lack of linux/android experience.

Re: How to Post your Droid X screen shots :)
I edited the dharma buttons weather icons for beautiful widgets and one of my clock widgets in my clock thread to add a red tint to match the power toggle widgets, wp, dock, and digi clock numbers.
